Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, cooled coffee, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together thoroughly until all ingredients are fully blended and the mixture is smooth.
Next, evenly distribute the oat mixture into two jars or airtight containers. Seal each container with a lid and place them in the refrigerator overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
When you are ready to enjoy your oats in the morning, take the jars out of the refrigerator and give the mixture a hearty stir. If the oats appear too thick for your liking, feel free to stir in a splash more of milk or coffee until you achieve your desired consistency.
