Instructions
Begin by patting the steak cubes dry with paper towels.
In a mixing bowl, generously season the steak cubes with salt, freshly cracked pepper, and paprika.
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Carefully add the seasoned steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Once the steak is cooked to your liking, reduce the heat to low and move the steak bites to one side of the pan.
Add the unsalted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the empty side of the pan.
Allow the butter to melt and combine with the garlic and lemon juice, stirring gently for about one minute.
Carefully swirl the pan or use a spatula to coat the steak bites in the garlic butter sauce.
Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the freshly chopped parsley over the top.
Present the savory steak bites on a serving platter, accompanied by lemon wedges.
