Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef and ground turkey until evenly mixed.
In a separate bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk for about 5 minutes.
Fold the soaked breadcrumbs into the meat mixture, then add onion, garlic, parsley, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, oregano, and smoked paprika.
If using, add grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture.
Gently combine all ingredients without over-mixing.
Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
