Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
In a large mixing bowl, add the chocolate cake mix, 3 large eggs, 1 cup of water, and 1/3 cup of vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth.
Evenly distribute the batter among the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
After cooling, apply a generous layer of chocolate frosting on top of each cupcake.
With the white frosting, create a skeleton face on top of the chocolate layer.
Place a mini marshmallow in each eye socket and top with a slice of black olive.
Use the black icing or edible black marker to draw a mouth.
For extra sparkle, sprinkle edible glitter and add candy eyeballs for a fun touch.
